FAQ's and Troubleshooting

• Part of the clocks are being cut off when printing
  • The clock sizes are made to fit properly on MOST printed pages in MOST instances. If your clock faces are being cut off after changing the padding down, then we suggest that you change the margin widths in your printing preferences OR allow your printer to "Fit to Page".
    • To change the settings for your printer, you can adjust the margins, or the Fit to Page settings when the "print" dialog box shows up. in most cases you can select "properties" and that will give you the options necessary to make adjustments.
• The clocks are not printing.
  • This has occured for several users (though a minority of users). We cannot replicate the problem - so it is nearly impossible for us to fix it. We can say that it is working for the following setups:
    • Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Mac OSX using the following printers:
    • Epson Stylus Photo200, Canon MP780
  • PLEASE let us know: (put this in the comments box below)
    • Your Computer Type (Vista, Windows XP, Mac)
    • Your Printer Brand (Dell, Epson, Canon, etc) and model if you have it
    • Your browser type (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 6 or 7, etc)
    • and BE SURE TO TELL US IF YOUR SETUP IS WORKING OR NOT WORKING
  • If we get enough people telling us their setup, we might be able to narrow down the problem.
• Images not printing (this has nothing to do with the clock faces not printing)
  • We have only verified that this works in Internet Explorer 6 and 7. It does NOT work in Firefox.
  • Be sure that you have 'Print background images and colors' in your browser settings.
  • If your image is too large, browsers cannot open it and it will not show up.
  • Must be the correct type of image. Only jpg, jpeg, png, and gif images are fully supported. If it is a .bmp or .tif, you must convert it to a supported file type.
  • Firefox will not print images from your computer on a remote website without changing browser configuration files. Therefore we do not support Firefox.
