This is very likely a poorly coded browser extension!
FIX:
- (easy/quick) Try using a different browser to reset your password,
- OR (harder) turn off all of your downloaded browser extensions and try again.
- (will take longer) As a last resort, Contact Us and we can reset your password for you. Be sure to tell us your email and username
We found issues with a popular Chrome email extension - turning off that extension made the problem go away. We know other 'bad' downloaded extensions will cause the same problem - use a different browser and you won't likely have the same bad extension and it will work!
